Service & Integrity
Service is what we sell and provide. We're highly responsive during proposal, planning, and on-site operations. The owners, John (American) and Alex (Mexican), do all sales and are your points of contact throughout the entire process. As a boutique agency, every account is precious to us — not just for one time, but for future bookings as well.
Supplier Relations
You're only as good as your last supplier, which is why we focus on great relationships. We collaborate as a team so every event and activity runs flawlessly. If you surveyed suppliers, freelance staff, and guides across the destination, CEO would be their top DMC choice — because we treat them with respect, as part of the team, and pay them on time.
Experience & Reliability
We've focused our services on the Cancun – Riviera Maya destination for over 20 years. We have no intention to expand all over Mexico or the Caribbean, or pretend to have offices elsewhere. This is what we know and love. Clients love that we're always available to them on-site, program after program.
Pricing & Contracting Terms
Clients have told us our services are underpriced and our terms are extremely flexible. We don't charge additional for delayed flights, we don't require per-vehicle minimums for groups of 150+, and we rarely request deposits more than a month out. You trust us, so we trust you.
